I don’t know if I should feel obligated to cover my head when I’m out.
Thankfully it’s winter now, so when I go outside- out, I would be having a hat on anyways (and shaved part of head = cold, and it’s cold with long hair), but what of when I go inside?
Like the mall or restaurants?
Right now, it just looks like I have a silver tiara on (no joke). Unless you look closely, you can’t really tell that it’s actually a band of blood-covered staples going across my head.
And I always wonder before people come to visit whether I should put a hat on (I did at the hospital, because I didn’t get to wash it and it was bloodier than it is now), but my mom likes to show them my staples anyways and show how wide they cut (surgeon said they’re only going to cut half my head but they ended up stapling 4/5th across the top), and it’s been mostly my mom’s friends who have been following the events in the past half year very closely, so they are interested in seeing it.
I guess I’ll figure it out after I get all the staples taken out and see how I look without my tiara…
